Services Subject to Conditions

Clients, sellers, and other service providers are welcome to remain inside while we are in the home, with a few important safety precautions in place. Anyone remaining inside must wear a mask and maintain a distance of at least 2 metres. We are still asking that you stage the house as you wish it to be photographed, but we may move items if it is deemed necessary for better photo results.

Our team holds the right to refuse service to anyone who is showing symptoms of illness. Refusal to wear a mask and adhere to proper social distancing will result in appointment cancellation.

We retain ownership of all content created, collected, assembled, or otherwise gathered in the course of our standard services. You purchase the right to use the content within a given context, and do not gain ownership of any content created or gathered by us.

No problem. We will reschedule you for the soonest suitable appointment. If you have to cancel, we understand. There is a $45 per technician fee if you cancel an hour or less before the appointment, but other than that, no worries! We’ll catch you on the next listing.

Nope, we leave cleaning, staging, and rearranging to the professionals in those fields. Please have the property ready to shoot as-is.

Of course! Please keep in mind that they may not be available as soon or with as much flexibility as if you leave the choice up to us.

We have arrangements with several local brokerages - check with us when you place your order! All other orders require you to provide a valid credit card in advance. We’ll charge your card after we have sent you all your content.
